When you click on links to various merchants on this site and make a purchase, this can result in this site earning a commission. Affiliate programs and affiliations include, but are not limited to, the eBay Partner Network.
I read around on the site, but it didn't jump out at me... is there a guest access link for them to view the site, or do you just given them your account info?
When you log into your account there is a tab at the top of the page "Devices". In this tab there is a link for "sharing". When you click on that and enable sharing it will take you to a page with a link you can send out for people to follow your progress.
Rain Alarm is a must, at least in Portland. You get real time doppler alerts with audible. Will cut into Pandora to tell you rain is currently failing on the road you're on.
I usually know when rain is currently failing on the road you're on, sorry I couldn't resist (I know what you meant). Do you use the Pro (is it worth the extra couple of bucks)?

Instamapper. Logs your route onto a Google map that is viewable on the web. When I go on trips it allows the wife, girlfriend, or anyone else with the link to see where I am, along with altitude, speed, etc.... Free. Works very well.
+1 on GPS Test, free download. Speed, altitude, compass, time, all on one screen if desired. Also has an interesting graph on a rotating compass showing the satellites it is pulling the GPS signals from (usually eight or more), and sunrise/sunset, and longitude/latitude. The program is so sensitive I can walk up and down my front steps and change the altitude.
Also, I use a RamMount for the Droid with the ball mount.
It's the android app to link to Grooveshark to play all you playlists, etc. If you don't know what Grooveshark is, it's a site that allows you to create playlists of your favorite music for free, online. They have a VERY extensive library of all types of music. Check it out at listen.Grooveshark.com
Best part, NO commercials
Ummmm...Tiny shark was pulled from the Android Market two years ago for violating the Terms of Service agreement. Probably because it let you bypass Groovesharks paid service.
