Congratulations on the new Street Glide. You'll have to post a comparison of it to your Road King, what you feel the improvements are and the feeling of riding behind a fairing vs. windshield/open air.

I've got a buddy who has a RK Classic, and it's always fun to ride through town on a hot day.

4 hrs sounds about right, I would think about putting the progressive kit in while you are doing the front end, its 389.00 but I think it will be worth it!

I had the previous owners lowering kit removed and chrome lowers installed. Total for labor was 2.5 hours. $175.00

Congrats on the new ride!!!!!

+1 on the SE heavy fork oil.
It made a huge difference in the brake diving, probably cut it in half.

As far as the stiffness, maybe a little stiffer but in a good way, not harsh at all.

Labor to install my chrome front end was, FREE. I did it myself.
It really wasn't that big of a job. It just took some time.

The chrome front end adds so much to a bike. You will like it.
