Default Tall and large needs more room

I have a 2010 ultra classic, I'm 6'6'' and wiegh 320 my wife is also someone who would'nt fall into what you would call a "petite" catergory.I'm looking for some advice to make things a little more comfotable,I was thinking a tallboy seat that Harley sells, long angled highway mounts, aftermarket tour bracket(by George Anderson)that moves the tour pack back approx. 3 inches or any thing else you all can think of or have done.I'm also looking at jackpot slip ons and again would welcome any insights.
