Some stupid half helmet questions
Will a half helmet fit in my SG saddle bags?
Also I would like recome dations for something that looks good provides some protection for the mellon and still feel the cool wind. I'm in Illinois so no helmet normally but I would like one in my bag

I have the HCJ 1/2 helmit CS-2n.
They run large so order one size less.
This helmit has a zip ear piece to take out in hot weather, great.
The shield is short and fits great with glasses.
This is my 4th helmit and the best one yet.

There are half helmets and there are half shaped egg shells. Some of the helmets that are "inexpensive" have straps and padding that fuzz and shread within a year.
Then there is Seer. They make the cop helmets for departments thoughout the country. They will color match pretty much anything including two-tone. They also have a few different type of interiors and are rebuildable. You can have summer straps or winter muffs and or speaker inserts. A ten year old Seer kick the butt of a new HJC.
