I have a 2011 Road Glide Ultra and recently purchased 49282-09B, which is the front guard and under bar for my Saddle Bags. Problem I see is the front guards are chrome and in the this same kit, the under mounted replacements are black. I called my local Harley dealership and they said thats the only way they come.
That makes no sense to me. I'm replacing my chrome under mounts to black ones so I can have the saddle bag guard in front of my bag? Really? Can someone verify if this is true?
I put them on my 2010 RG Custom, same issue. Although I parked the bike on the driveway late fall and the kickstand sank in the gravel. I had just put them on the day before ... I wouldn't take them off for anything.
Thanks all, I went ahead and put them on. I searched the web yesterday and only found one image of the bottom supports. Called a different Harley dealership and they didn't have any in stock and they had no photos. Oh well, after getting them on, I really can't see them unless I'm behind it and looking for them.
These photo show with my pizza box off. Only had it 6 weeks, but have dropped about 2k so far for accessories. I still have a long way to go.
