I'm also about ready to do a headpipe swap and muffler change. I was unale to find an HD part number for the SE gaskets. Any chance you might have it?
I just bought two HD#65324-83B exhaust gaskets. $6.50 each.
I've had my X-pipe on and off a couple times and struggled with the install. Finally read the manual on how to do it and was shocked how easy it really is when done right.

OK, so it sounds like I should pick up two of these exhaust gaskets at the dealer for the V&H Dresser Duals I'm picking up, right?
I asked the parts guy at my local dealership about SE gaskets and he told me not to get them. He said they are more for racing applications and unless I had a drag bike, to just stick with OEM gaskets.
When I changed out the head pipe I just reused the original gaskets (just under 5k) didn't have that option for the crossover gasket, that thing wrinkeled up like a used kleenex. I'm convinced the header gaskets are good for one reuse as long as they look okay.
Having said that, I would have replaced them if I had them handy but I didn't get them ahead of time and was like a man possessed when the brown truck dropped the goodies on the door step.
The 09's and up have a gasket in the crossover to main pipe connection. Looks like a sleeve. I am doing the same thing. I bought a complete stock exhaust system for $60 to get a head pipe to gut. Cheapest way to remove your cat and keep your stock pipe.
