I just wanted to say kudos to the family owned Hawg Wired! They care about their customers and product's reputation. I had an issue with one of my speakers and for me they went above and beyond in helping out. Thanks and you've made a lifetime customer out of me.
Always good to hear positive vendor stories...we know there's a ton of the opposite side posted. HawgWired sounds like the real deal & I haven't seen anything negative on them yet. Glad they have another happy customer - best marketing yet!
Back when I had a Hawg Wired setup I called their customer tech service a couple of times and both times they made me feel like I was bothering them...................and they didn't act like they gave a ratz azz if my problem was solved or not.
..................and I'm about the easiest guy in the world to deal with.
I've had a couple of their systems now and still have one.. always a BIG help even when trying to work with an amp from another manufacturer and getting it to piggy back with their system... they went above and beyond.
I've been on the phone w/them about a dozen times in the past 2 months, as they have 'New' speakers (6.5") for sale.I did buy a set yesterday and will prolly buy another once I "HEAR" how they compare to the 'Hertz' that I have now!
I'm also waiting for there new line of Amps to b released.
Justin and Rob are great!
Rob gave me his cell# and has gone above and beyond my x-pectations when I bought a 'Doubleshot' system, couple years ago.
But what I'm doin this year is gonna feature there amps (4 of them) in my fairing and am bing as patient as possible for things to start happining.
Rob and Justin have been x-cellent to work w/on this!
they are great, I've had several of their systems and everytime they give me a cell number to call them in case I have install issues after hours or on the weekends, I ordered the 4 in your face and Justin messed up and sent me 2 right lower vented fairing brackets and no left one, when I called Rob not only overnighted it but was drinking a 7-up and offered to spill some on his brother Justin for the screw up, WHAT ELSE COULD YOU WANT
It is good to hear about good customer service. I have the Double Shot system now. When do the new 6.5 speakers come out? I am thinking about putting them in my lowers, but I would have to figure out what to do as far as an amp goes. Sorry, off topic.
the 6.5's are out with brackets for batwings now, the brackets for roadglides and lowers are in production and will be out shortly
