You better hope that's all she will be taking away from you. I bet you haven't been married very long. You need to do it all at one time!!! Planning & always blame it on your friend & the up grades are important safety issues.

Reason: error
As stated above do everything at one time telling the little wife that you won the lottery and did everything you wanted to do to your bike at one time.
Next day tell her you must have read your lotto numbers incorrectly and in fact did not win then duck because she will be throwing things. But at least you will have one fine motorcycle to go ride while she cools down.
With 37 yrs of marriage this is how I do it. I get her what she wants first. This spring, all new sun room furniture and for me, stg 1 with new pipes a/c and tuner. Did I mention some chrome goodies on the side? If you are just buying for your bike, you are getting off easy.
i always think to myself man if only i wasnt married id have the baddest scoot in town.... but my wife dont spend nothin on anything... and never lets me spend anything.... but i gotta admit that even though i bitch about not gettin to buy somethin when i want it... waiting and saving just means i get to buy more at one time.... makes gettin my fix alot more fun
but just remember if the wife gets to threatenin ya you better......
hahahaha , wife wants the new dodge durango ,and i said good . lets get the one with fuelmotto 107 kit option .and she said , ahhhh, the big bore kit ,that you guys talking about on the forums . 22 years together , help her she said. hahaha, so im good to go
HDF anonymous where do they hold the meetings? Touring page or General Page?
After 19 years she just sighs and says, OMG what did you buy now? My usual response is, but I needed it to make you more comfortable when we go out riding. She never buys my BS
