I've tried a bunch of Harley seats. None of them were ever great and all of them seemed overpriced for what I got.
Then I went aftermarket and found what I was looking for. I had a Mustang on my Superglide for 35,000 miles and absolutely loved it.
I have a Corbin solo and P-Pad set up on my Road King and love that.
NO mUstang seat will ever go on my bike. I have one. Its hard as hell to me.
My OL don't like it either. Should of sent it back when they gave me the chance.
And if I put a P pad on a Limited, my OL will have a total fit.
The bike is in her name. She ain't gonna have a P pad on no bike.
She wants comfort.
Thumbs up on my Hammock seat. Most comfortable seat I've ever had, but then I like my Harley Pullback handlebars and everybody else whines about those :-P I'm 6'1", 200 lbs.
You would think that the manufacturer of the bike could make the best seat for the bike.
I have changed to Corbin on my last 2 bikes and I do so before putting any miles on to avoid scratching the fender and tank with the stock seat. Corbin's design has the seat supported by brackets, floating above the fender. Much more comfortable, better looking and real leather.
Yep...Mustang is definitely the way to go! I've had them on both my bikes and they are hands down the best I've rode on. I've tried four different HD seats and one Corbin. Mustang wins for comfort and looks.

I'm in the process of trying to buff out the rub marks from the two-up stock seat. Scuffed up the chrome console too. So far I'm only using swirl remover to see if it helps before trying anything more aggressive.
