Tighten the rear bottom to about 20in-lbs, then tighten the top to about 100-120 in-lbs, then go back and tighten the bottom to 100-120in-lbs. Now repeat this step on the front cylinder exhaust.
Warm the bike to operating temps, maybe ride for a short period, let it cool and check torque again.
Maybe another post without enough info, I guessed the exhaust question is asking for the tq setting at the cylinder, if it is a question about the muffler clamp, then on my bike it is 38-43ft-lbs.
