Man you can use all those chemicals if you want I did until I tried some Borax ya the old school Borax it beet anything else hands down. It's too easy all you have to do is mix up some soapy water use an old rag, get it wet dip it in the Borax and just rub down the white wall letting it dry after you do the whole tire, one beer or so rise it off and it's so white without any real effort. You don't have to worry about getting Borax on anything just spread the past on let it dry and rise it off. I use a stiff nylon brush to get the dried Borax off the tire in a few places but it's a no effort deal all around.

Get a rag put some gas on it,wipe just the whitewall and in less than a minute they are snow white.

Mr. Clean magic eraser. Nothing works better and you don't have to spray those harsh chemicals all over your wheel/tire. Had a RKC for 5 years and did about everything mentioned above until I tried the magic eraser.
