I was out for a ride today & tach started to jump around & give erratic reading, then got a check engine light so I figured I better head for home. Bike is a 2000 FLHTCUI, when I got home I checked the trouble codes & got a #35, tachometer. The second question is can it cause any other problems with the running of the bike? I can live with a bad tach until I can get it fixed, I just don't want to get stranded. TIA
