I have a Q/D tour pak w/ boom rear speakers, (J&M 7 1/2" up front) along w/ led side markers. Instead of having two separate connections. I had a (I think 20 pin) connector customized so that I would only have one disconnect for everything. I also have two more pins in there for if/when I get the airwing luggage rack and led light.
What I do like about this is.
I often swap out to a C&C solo seat to a two up seat and there are now no wires hanging out or around.
I don't have to disconnect the wires that connect to the speaker pods or for the side marker lights on the tour pak.
This saved me having that excess ft or two foot of wires hanging out or tucking under the seats.
Good Luck!

Here's some photo's from the cell phone cam. Not the best shots. First shot: shows the 20 pin connector. Second shot: With the seat off, you can see the amount lack in wires that stay w/ the tour pak. Third shot: shows the connector somewhat tucked underneath the Sundowner two up. With the stock CVO Road Glide seat, (and Sundowner or C&C solo) you really can't see it because of the saddle bag.
But I am very happy with it, and that's what counts!
