Sorry to hear about your circumstances, as others said, you'll bounce back. Keep looking up. It has taken me 24 years to get back on the street (well in May) as life has its way of setting the priorities for us.
first i would like to thank u for your service. and iam really sorry about your scoot been there also u will get another when things are right hang in there and be positive.
man i'm very sorry to hear about that. i suppose it's happening more often with the economy being so strange. keep your chin up, things will get better although it may take some time. good luck and hope you're riding again soon.
Sorry to hear that. Been there done that, although not repo'd. I had to sell (trade-in) my '05 EGC & Escape to get a cheaper (payment) on a different car. All this due to a pay cut at my job. It sucks.
There's lots of bikes a guy can ride that don't cost 25K. Save the money that you would have been spending on payments and in about a year, you'll be able to pay cash for a decent used FXR or softail. Buy what you can afford and improve it as the money is available, and nobody will be able to take it away from you.
Sorry to hear you've lost your ride, I'd go nuts without a bike. I'm being forced into retirement in about 4 months. It's going to mean big changes and significant belt tightening. I'll have my bike, that would be one of the very last things I'd give up.
Been there done that.... only I left both the Corvette Convertible I was over fiananced into and wife I was under capitalized to afford at a Bank in Florida since both of 'em were f'n bad luck and high maintenance anyway I didn't look back. Both voluntary repo's who's only asset was going down fast & often.
Times will changes and things will improve I was fortunate to get it all together in the following years and have been on a 16 year roll since with only a few minor speed bumps along the way. Living debt free except for a Mortgage has been a key to my stabilityand piece of mind.
That and my 6 year old little girl who my world revolves around......
My Dad always says "tough times never last... tough people do".
Best wishes in your future endeavors and thank you for your service!
This country that we love has better be getting to the business of HELPING her own. If we didn't have POLITICANS that Motto is "What can this Country do for ME FIRST" AND they are ALL like that. Try not to fool yourself into believeing ANY THING Different or you will be the FOOL on the Unemployed Line!!!
I am so sorry that your wife lost her job , I wish you much luck in the future and hope that this country will take care of her own , instead of people who cross over an invisable line and get all the benefits that they neither pay for or fought for!
hang in there, hope everything works out for and you can get back again. with the way things are these days it could happen to anybody almost any more.
