I sent them a radio with a cracked motherboard on a friday. they got the radio on a monday and replaced the motherboard, replaced the UV damaged screen (no additional charge), updated the software and applied some other things to benefit the life of the radio. called me monday and shipped the radio back. got the radio back on wednesday.
I'll agree with all that has been said..I had my HD radio sent out and had them repair the radio and also added a pair of RCA jacks and a iPod connection wire from the rear of the radio.
