front bumper reflector glue?

front bumper reflector glue?
Does anyone know what type of glue used to attach the front reflectors to the rubber pad? Seems like to reflector will spin around in the bumper pad if not glued. Mine has the speed nuts but looks like it was also glued from the back. Possibly contact cement or super glue, I don't know.

Super glue works for everthing. Hell I had a buddy that super glued his broken tooth back together. It was either go to the dentist or a cam for his EVO. He went with a Sifton & super glue for his tooth.
