not as concerned with the fender as actually fitting the tire.not all the kits include a swingarm.just different pulleys.are they going with a 1 " belt mine is 1 and eighth.actually quite a bit of room as far as the swingarm goes.not really lookin for a kit.just tryin to figure out what parts i need and do it myself.did a 180 on my ridgid years ago before poeple went crazy on fat tires.no kit.want to do a 180 16" on my bagger.not into the big wheels or 200 plus series tires.just me,anyhow any info much appreciated thanx.

just sorting out the fender is the biggest part of it. You can run the 07 rear pulley and belt, which is the 1". You'll need to have a custom pulley side hub made, you'll have to sort that out when you mock up the wheel and tire to the bike. (If you look at the Klockwerks kit, they call for a 3.485" hub.) Since you're comfortable with fabrication, this should all be fairly straightforward. A swingarm bike is a little more complicated than a ridgid, but it's still just a matter of making sure you have the proper clearance.

I think RSD has a chain conversion that gives you all kinds of clearance.

The kits like KW or hogpro have already sorted out the fitment for you, which is part of the price you pay.
