I use a Kury Tourpack Roll Bag - All leather. Great quality. Comes with rain cover and cable lock.
Clint... thanks for the great pics! It's sometimes so hard to make decisions on this kinda stuff when you can never see how it looks in "real life"! We're headed on a road trip to Minnesota from California in June and are looking for this kind of extra carry capacity... Thanks for the extra effort in your reply.
I was just curious what luggage guys are using on your tour pak luggage rack. I have been eying a few of them from Saddlemen and T-Bags. I am looking at getting this on from Saddlemen:
I was going to recommend one I got that is made by "T Bags" but I couldn't find the same one online so they must have changed or discontinued it. They have one similar but most that have been recommended will work fine. The things I like about mine and things you might consider are pockets on the outside for small things like sun glasses, books, meds, etc. There's a map pouch on the back of the one I have as well, plus a waterproof cover that pulls out of a pouch on the front for bad weather. Inside this one there is padding all the way around that can be removed for more space but is nice if I happen to put the laptop in there. Good luck .. just think through what you want it to do vs. how good it looks and you'll do fine.
The black and white labs by the bike on the stand is a cool pic. Hope you framed it and put it on the wall in the shop. You'll talk about those dogs for years.
