Cruse won't set and there is about 3/8" slack in throttle and there is no spring loaded roll back in my throttle. I suspect the roll back switch is stuck. I know where it is, my question is, is the spring loaded roll back function located in the roll back switch because it acts like I rolled back from idle and the throttle stuck rolled back. It rolls on fine, just no spring loaded return from rolling back from idle. Thanks, De
