Picked up my 2011 96" ultra classic yesterday. Vivid Black, stage 1 , V&H power duals, kerker slip-ons and race tuner. Getting ready for the 103 kit after I get a few miles on her.I can,t stop smileing. What a great ride! Coming off of a 05 heritage , what a differernce. Only riden one at a demo day before. Got the wifey on the back and she thought she was in heaven. Going to pound out some miles this summer (if the weather ever straightens out). I'll post some pic's later once I stop riding long enough to take some lol.
One quick question : The heat of the primary cover was huge! Is that normal.

Congrats on the new ride, you're gonna love the ride going from an 05 to a 11 will be difference in night and day. I traded my 08 ultra for a 11 limited about a month ago and man what a difference in the ride i love it. Enjoy it.

Congrats on the new ride!
And yes primary covers on bikes with the exh. Pipe running under the motor are hot. Being that close to the primary cover it does a great job keeping it hot.
