If I could figure out how to make a fugly fairing a quick detach I'd give it a try.

The law may have a problem with me not having a headlight when it's off.

Ah well, ya can't win 'em all. =)

Probably the most functional RK I've seen in a while. I did something similar to my '00 RK, but not to the degree and level of detail you've done.

Nice job.

The air cleaner cover "Air Cleaner Trim" Harley Part Number 27936-08 It also come the same with gold trim. It was on sale at the HD dealer and I figured it was better than the foot ball I had on it.

It's on Page 519 of the 2011 catalog.

I really haven't found the right cover for my bike yet. I really like the smooth look.

I like the Screamin Eagle Ventilator.

Love my King as I go the same routes, just spent Saturday on a poker run as a solo set no TP or sissy bar; got home, cleaned a little and pulled the fairing, took a short in town excursion as a open ride for a hour or so then back home and all back on.
