Sweet garage. It's a shame folks have to live like that!
You buy a foreclosure? I picked one up last year, and while it didn't have a foot of garbage, it was trashed.
Yessir, 15 interior doors replaced, 31 door handles installed, two windows replaced, new front door, major holes in the walls (walk thru some) of every single room repaired, all new carpet, 2000 sq ft travertine installed, granite countertops to replace cracked (busted) formica, three of the five toilets replaced (cracked/broken), installed 7 ceiling fans as the prior "owners" felt like they needed them along with 12 smoke detectors, then we had a pool put in the back yard, and I built a pergola and outdoor stainless & granite kitchen. Just had the whole front yard resodded and sprinkler system installed last week, new 30yr roof and the exterior painted. I think I'm done. (and tired)
