Did this just start or an ongoing problem?Checking the bike for something loose or touching would be the 1st thing Id look for-Im sure you have already.Motor mount would be the next item since it happens under power.Bad plugs would be a long shot or maybe its in your tune.Timing?Faulty ign coil, wheels or tire damage, top motor mount,or trans to motor alignment esp primary chain.

Ditto Pittguy. It is probably a looser than normal drive belt. Check your owner's manual for the drill on how to determine if the belt tighness is correct. I had the same problem. Moving the rear wheel assembly .025" to the rear by the adjusters took care of the viberations. ............ BC

Bottom motor mount is my guess - very easy to check and to re-torque. All the motor mounts should be periodically inspected.

Ive changed so many front lower motor mounts on those bikes its not even funny. I just replaced 2 in the last 5 days on a 04 roadking & 05 dresser that only had 4200 miles on it. Including putting about 5 on my last two roadkings. Look underneath the front of the bike upwards @ the mount and look for tears in the isolator part of the mount. Goodluck.

Known problem with late bikes. I too noticed more vibration on my western states ride this summer. Stopped in Portland for oil change and found out a mount had failed. Replaced under warranty. Take it in I BET you have a faulty mount too.
