Just received my Dunlop American Elite from www.Jakewilson.com. Made in America according to the website and the sidewall. Have not had a chance to install yet.

I've ridden Harleys since they came new on Goodyears. I find I always go back to Avons and have used Venoms on my current Glide for several sets. Frankly unless you do a very high annual mileage it is difficult to try all the popular brands and decide which is best for you. I have tried Metzeler and Pirelli in the past, although not their current models. Having found Avon were best for me in the past I stay with them. They are very compliant and give a good ride, good handling and excellent grip in the wet.

Venom's for me as well, for the above mentioned reasons.

So I went to the bike shop, the owner there raved about the metzler 880's so I said sure let's do it. When they went to order them they found out their supplier was out. bummer. Fine I said, lets go with the Dunlop E3's then, they ordered them up, next day they popped them on, free install by the way, I picked up my scoot today with the new skins.

I'm a happy camper.

On my 08 roady I went with dunlop E3s, MU90B16, I will not use anything else after having these, have 13000 miles on them and still plenty of tread and they stick great.
