Congratulations on the new Limited, awesome bike. I hope your wife feels better after all her surgerys. Now go out there, ride safe and enjoy the journey
I know exactly your feeling. I'm 57 and retired disabled from the Fire Department. I rode bikes since I was in 8th grade. Bought a new FLTRX for a retirement present but haven't ridden in a while. I parked my Honda 750 in the shed after I peeled a cop friend of mine off the highway. When I picked up the new hog and rode it home, it felt so large and heavy. I actually felt that I may have made a large mistake and maybe this was too much for me. Every day I ride now, the bike feels smaller and the old feeling is coming back strong. Hope things work out well for you

Had my last FLH 23 years ago, I was intimidated of the size of the bike when I picked her up 2 days ago, a bit scared, stomach turning. But after a 500 mile run yesterday, as you stated, the bike is feeling smaller and the old feeling is back. Thanks and the best to you and yours.
