I have a LRS but I don't care for this new one. It looks like a snow plow and I don't want to see any of them for a long time.

 

I won't pass judgement till I see one on a bike. I can see pros and cons but both would be speculation until a prototype is made and mounted.

 

+1 for looking through it with sharp lines concern. Without the lines it might look identical to the KW though?

I'm also interested in making a GPS friendly version as my KW 6.5" won't allow my dash mounted GPS to fit correctly.

 

I trewly doue'nt knue......anybody can make one to look cool for the street, but can you make a Large one, say a 16" tall and as wide as flhcustomwindshields with eye appeasing looks, structorial strength and aero dynamic function ? How about extending the shield down to other points of support areas on the batwing ( even if mounting holes would need to be drilled ). ? I love my LRS already, But when I go on long trips I prefer a big fugly sheet of protection from birds, kicked up road debry etc.

 

Hmmm...interesting design. I have the x-stream and curious to see how this one ends up. Like others have said, lines are sharp and don't flow well w/ the fairing. Will I be able to use my fairing mounted zumo 665 and the new 2/3-pouch windshield bag from harley? I'll be more than happy to review it!!
