My bike won't start in gear with the clutch pulled in. I replaced the neutral switch and it was not the fix. Anyone had this problem know where I should start? Going to look at it with the electrical diagnostic manual and see what happens any quick help is appreciated as always.

I had the same problem. It was my clutch switch, the switch itself was fine but it was not being depressed all the way by the clutch handle. I noticed once i looked that the handle had about 2mm of wear where the clutch switch contacts the handle and my switch was pushed back a little so the combination of both caused the gap to be large enough not to press the switch all the way. I think another problem is the diameter of the chrome on my grips, the clutch handle hits this part of the handlebar grips when pulled all the way it seems to stop it a little short of fully pressing the clutch switch. This is a new clutch switch that was replaced a few months ago when I added Ape Hangers.

How do you do that? is there some sort of online parts locator we can use to see if or local dealers have something before I go all the way over there?

No there is not a way you can. Have to work at a dealer to be able to do it.
Anything that limits the ability of the clutch lever to depress the internal switch ...........like installing leather wraps on the clutch lever. Don't ask me how I know.
