filter
Wouldn't do much good over stock due to the closed in system, just replaqce with the SEkit, or as I did Arlen Ness big sucker it doesnt have those hokey little rubber hoses and comes with a washable K&N filter and its 20 bucks cheaper thru a forum sponcer EASTERN PERFORMANCE CYCLES.
Dave , the replacement K&N filter is a HD-1499
Go to www.knfilters.com and you can check out what they have for your bike specifically.
Usually you have to start making fuel system changes once you allow more air "in" , more so than letting exhaust "out".
You might want to go "big or stay home" with the RK-3909 or a SE stage one or Ness Big Sucker filter kit.
The higher flow setups look stock and flow way more than the stock replacement. filter.
The larger flow makes a big difference even with stock pipes and mufflers , as long as the fuel is right.
Bounties idea is really the way to go for a pretty big boost per dollar.
