Deluxe hinges

I'm looking to change the look of police hard bags. Been reading on others on installing deluxe tour hinges and they look great. But no info on company selling them. Anybody knows? Thanks

I think a few folks have had good luck using the HD Premium tourpac hinges on the police saddlebags.
