Default Abs and apes?

Alright guys and girls. If you have ABS and put on apes with +6 brake cable the magnum sterlite cable do you just need the top line or do you need all of them? Top line referring to master cylinder to abs block. Thanks for your responses in advance.

Do you have to do them all? Or is it just for looks?

Call Magnum Sterling direct they will tell you (like they did me) you'll only need the upper and mid line. The stock Harley is a one piece from the lever back to the ABS block.

No need to replace any of the stock lower section from ABS block to the front Calipers us you want a uniform look or desire to spend extra money.

I went with the Black Pearl so the contrast would be minimal.

Thanks for the responses and yes I was trying to keep from spending the extra 250 bucks for the other brake lines and will just order the one line.

I wanted to replace all of the stock vinyl cables, so I used Black Pearl cables along with black banjos... to go with my black bars, levers and controls.

You'll need two ABS lines the upper and the mid. The factory makes this as all one piece but with Magnum Shielding is is two separate pieces, call them for details.

Good luck with your project!

I have a Goodridge line on mine from Johnny Vaughn, it is one piece from the master cylinder to the ABS block. I did not replace the lower lines.
