Yesterday I received my PC V and I want to install it, along with my new exhaust. But looking at the maps available, there are none for my setup. How would I go about getting one made for the items I have?? If it helps, I have Python true Duals with Python slip ons and a screaming Eagle high flow air intake. Thanks for the help.
fuel moto would have mapped it for u had u bought it from them.u can probably buy one from them.or at least they will hook u up with a link to dyno jet with something comparable.Python may be close to a Vance and Hines set up?im sure someone here can confirm or deny that.good luck
did you buy it from Jamie at Fuel Moto (site sponsor)? If not then you need to pick one that is close to your set up and live with it. If you ordered it from Jamie then he will send you a custom map for your set up
The other alternative, although more expensive, is to take the bike to a local shop or dealer who works with the PC-V and have the bike dyno'd. They will then produce and install a custom map based on the dyno results. While it may cost you more, this will get you the most exact results.

The M15-011-005.pvm Or M15-011-067 should work. Costs nothing to try it. Stay clear of the ones that have cam changes. If it pings or pops it is too lean or too much timing in the rpm and throttle position range. The PC V doesn't need the Harley Data enable so make sure it is disabled before sending and closing the changes. Put you a switch and use the 2 map setup. Get a working map and put on one position then make changes to it on the other position and if the changes don't work out switch back to the good map. Lots of fun if you like that stuff. Probably better off to use one map at a time to start with as it is a little confusing to use two.

Reason: another map
When I had mine installed the dealer used a basic map. I was having issues with a decel pop. I went on the Power Commander website and couldn't anything. I called the company, talked to the techs and they gave me a map for my setup. Problem solved.
