I have a 2011 RKC. At the 1,000 service I installed the following...
Reinhart True Duals, A Big Sucker, SE 204's and had it tuned with my Screamin' Eagle Pro Super Tuner (part #32109-88) that I bought. The tuner is very expensive at $459.99. But, it is the last one that you will ever buy for that Bike and produced nothing short of phenomenal results.
I spent an incrediable amount of time researching this, asking questions, etc. The best thing that you can do, it suck up as much info as you can on the subject. There are tons and tons of threads here to read. It's like beer. One person loves Bud...one person loves Heinkein. They're both beers....
Most of my ridding is two up. I came very close to putting the SE 255's on. I decided that they were a little to mild (for me). The cam lope with the SE 204's and the Reinhart's is awesome.
After 3+ hours on the Dyno, my numbers are very respectible for a two stage build. Max power = 91.98 Max Torque = 106.46.
The bike is a DREAM. It puts a smile on my face everytime I ride it, and I've been ridding motorcycles since I was 14. I'll be 60 in December.
Go with the SE 204's.....you'll love em. Good luck.
Hey R 103, I am thinking about the the same combo as you.... any chance you could post up your dyno sheet?
My FLTRU is a heavey bike and ride a lot of 2 up = luggage. The 255 provides the low end torque from stopped start with quick roll on response at cruising. Very happy with performance. My 103 has factory ACR's so hot starts has not been an issue. Also no worries about warranty coverage.

Hi- just curious as to where the 204 comes in on the low end RPM range.
I got 255 cams in my 2011 RKC
I do not do a lot of gear shifting with the 255 on the twisty roads, works pretty well so far with 4,500 miles on it- then again..... I wonder how the 204 would work.
i went with 204,103 kit,MCR SE heads,SE breather and Exhaust on a 07 flhtc, runs great, using a PC111,got a MAPP From Keith at fUEL MOTO,great shop !!,engine built by Wayne at Lucky "U"s in Fla
im wondering why i have only heard mention of the se259e cams one time in this thread.....why is it not as popular as the 255 or the 254e cams.....is it because you can put in these without HAVING to do additional work to your engine to maximize the potential....or just because they are better cams.....just curious.....i have the se259e's installed on my new bike with 10.5 to 1 pistons and push rods and valve springs....the pro 103 upgrade kit.....but never hear much buzz about these cams.....hoping to get a few more miles on the bike as it only has 75 on it.....( new bike ) before i get it tuned..weather hold out....maybe this december.....oh i have dresser duals and 4" rineharts on it also.....Happy Turkey Day all !@@!

I considered the SE 259e cams when I had the stage II 103 done on my 2010 Street Glide. The SE 259e numbers looked good but in the end decided since the bike was primarily intended for touring I really wanted the torque in sooner.
