Default Dyno numbers / map verses real world difference

09 96" Street Glide w/ SEPST Dyno tuned at Stage 1 (SE slip ons, Big Sucker w/ Zippers A/C upgrade & stock cams ) from Dealer vs 2010 96" Ultra w/ someone's 10 hp slip on mufflers.
**S/G pulls about 1 length away from the Ultra at the end of 3rd gear.
---------------
S/G w/ 555 cams w/ SEPST Dyno tuned at same Dealer (89.33 HP, 90.49 TQ )
**S/G & Ultra are dead equal in 1st & 2nd, pulls about 4 lengths ahead by the end of 3rd gear.
---------------
S/G w/ 555 cams w/ PC-V and canned map ( experienced business ) ( no idea of what it currently shows on a Dyno)
**S/G & Ultra are dead equal in 1st & 2nd, pulls about 4 lengths ahead by the end of 3rd gear, about 8 lengths by the end of 4th and 12 by the end of 5th.
---------------
S/G w/ 555 cams w/ PC-V and same canned map as above.
S/G and Ultra twist the with at 70 MPH, both bikes in 6th gear. S/G and Ultra are dead equal from 70 to right at 100 then it starts to pull away.

It feels more responsive with both the SEPST as it does with the PC-V. It feels like it pulls harder and rev's faster with both but the real world test is a FAIL unless it is an all out drag race into 4th gear or higher. What's wrong with this picture ? 09 S/G no Cat, 10 Ultra has a Cat.
Currently when backing off from WOT in high gear around 70 or so the bike does seem to pull harder like it is running lean coming off of WOT. Is this what it is, or would a Dyno with the PC-V get the S/G straightened out? If it did how much of a difference would it make in the above situations. I got the Torque cam because I expected it to pull hard in the lower RPM range but it does not seem to be doing that.

Thats a strong 96 ultra! My buddy has an 09 with VH slip ons SEac and download. My 88ci runs circles around it in a drag race, 40mph punch or wherever and i only got 82hp.

QUOTE:96" Ultra w/ someone's 10 hp slip on mufflers

Two things
1.Brand Name of the 10 Hp Slip-ons Please ??
2.Switch Slip-ons , put the SE on the 2010 Ultra and the 10 hp's on the 09 Street Glide,
then reset the PV.

The SG pulls away, just not as hard as I expected it to. Really thought the ~70 mph roll on would be stronger. I just need to drop it a gear when passing evidently.

Did you have your SG dynoed before you started the modifications? That is about the only way that you can see what you are actually gaining with the mods. You will need to use the same dyno if you want a good comparison, the numbers need to be corrected because the conditions will vary between times the runs are made. My 09 RG made 73hp/84tq with SE AC, D&D 2:1 exhaust, and no tuner. Not stock, but it is the reference point I use. It is only about 4 points higher on each scale than stock. Did they dyno the Ultra when the mufflers were installed? He might be making almost as much torque as you which would explain the close runs in the lower gears (and maybe the sixth gear pull, as that would be from 2800 RPM to about 4200 RPM @ 100mph). When you are drag racing by the end of 3rd gear you are using your hp which I imagine is significantly more than the Ultras.
