Since this picture was taken I have painted the breather bolt washer black and installed chrome covers over the hex on the bolt.

Very Nice look. Is that a rain sock on there with the bar and shield? Where did you get that if I might ask. Thanks Rick

You Bet!! There's many cool covers out there!! For yours you need a 5.5 inch diameter cover.
These guys:http://www.exotx.com/Jan09Advert/ExotxMailerJan09.html

They try to sell you their filter too which is a damned fine one, but will also sell you their covers too. I got one on my glide.

These guys are cool and I have one of theirs too. http://www.azece.com/orderpoints.htm
Very high quality as well.
I run a K & N rain sock on the open filter all the time too.
Works great!!
Good luck..

I went with the crossbones cover also, no issues and much smaller than the football. Works like a champ

Not to steal the thread but, Bowhunter61, where did you find your cover. I've been trying to find one for my bike.

It looks like a Joker logo on the cover.

I like yours. Can you give me a bit more info as to where or manufacturer?

Hd has the rain sock available part #28728-10 Thought about one but figured that you use water to floush them after cleaning, a little rain can't hurt.
