I have the Harley high flow (screaming eagle) air cleaner on my EG. I am currently using the stock cover and would like to know if I could use any cover that will fit over the filter (leaving some room for air flow)? I know I don't want to restrict air flow, but can't see how a smaller cover would hurt. Is any one using something other than stock? What are you using?
Thanks
You Bet!! There's many cool covers out there!! For yours you need a 5.5 inch diameter cover.

They try to sell you their filter too which is a damned fine one, but will also sell you their covers too. I got one on my glide.
These guys are cool and I have one of theirs too. http://www.azece.com/orderpoints.htm
Very high quality as well.
I run a K & N rain sock on the open filter all the time too.
Works great!!
Good luck..
Hd has the rain sock available part #28728-10 Thought about one but figured that you use water to floush them after cleaning, a little rain can't hurt.
