CA Equiped Street Glide

I work for the Army in Korea and just found out that the 06 Street Glide (Brand New) I'm getting ready to buy is a CA emissions equiped bike.
I do not plan to live in CA.
Should I continue with the purchase?
Does the CA emissions stuff effect performance (greatly)?
Will I be limited to what upgrades I can make on the engine? I wouldn't go past stage one anyway.
Is there more money assoicated with service on a CA equiped bike?
Anyone have any advice?
Out the Door for $17800.00

You can remove the CA emissions stuff, a canister and some hoses.

Leave the stuff on. Really doesn't make a diff. Price-wise it's less than $150 extra.

Stage One , muffs and a PCIII and you'll be good to go.

My 06 runs great!
