Default Replace foam rubber bumper?

The black foam rubber inserts in the fender tips of my 03 ECG are all rotten and crumbling. Can that piece be replaced, or is it new fender guards?

Can be replaced, taken off, or the whole bumper removed.

Just replaced the one on my RK with the "C" model and it is harder rubber instead of the foam.

Had both front & rear on mine replaced 2 years ago under warranty, so yes- they can be replaced.
