Default Which shocks?

I am wanting to replace the Progressive 440's 12" shocks, because of bottoming out when 2up, on my 02 Ultra for the factory 13" air shocks. I remember seeing a part # on here before that is suposed to better than what came on it, but can't find it now. I need the heaviest duty poss. Can any one help me? Oh yeah, what years do I need to be looking for on e-bay?

This is suprising to hear, as I thought 440s were one of the best, although since you didn't state your and your passenger's weights, that could make the need for their heavy duty version. I might buy them if you decide to sell them. You can send me a PM.

I have the 440's. They are good, but if you want to adjust compression and rebound damping, you need to spend more. Spring rate is important. You can get the Progressive shocks with a spring rate for two, or solo. Take your pick. I have a set of each, but no damping adjustments. Rides better than OEM.
