What am I doing wrong - HK s/w update?

Thank you dawg. I downloaded and installed the Nero Burnlite 10. Selected "minimum" for the burn speed for the 2 update files. I then slid it into the Harmon Kardon radio. It updated with no problem. Less than 10 minutes. I hope davessworks reads these posts. Thanks for the thread Dave.

I had the same issue as the OP and Dawgs instructions worked to a T. (wonder what "worked to a T" means)

Wow!! So I was doing everything right except I was using microsoft instead of Nero . . . Lovely. Oh - yeh - and all works now! Thanks again Dawg!!

just down loaded files then extracted the files into a new folder. copied extracted files as data onto a cd at 4x using nero. went out to the bike followed instructions updated unit ( total time about 20 minutes from when i got to the update website )
