Did an 832 mile ride this weekend over the mountains of Central Oregon, then down to the coast and Crescent City California. Then back to home near Portland. I was surprised and pleased to get 47 mpg. Moderate speed.
Looks like I got the exact set up on my 103, high flow a/c Thundermax AT, slip ons no cats and just did the same miles this weekend too, funny. I checked mileage at every fill up, the worst I got was 38.9, the best was 43.1mpg.
Like mentioned, speed is a factor, so is the passenger, and of course your cruising rpms, as well as and headwinds. I lost 50 miles to the tank headed out to sturgis due to headwinds last year.
could be an issue, but I'd give her another tank of gas riding solo and see what you got.

What base map are u running? I started with 54 and from what I noticed last time I linked it recommended 79 or maybe it was 74...
on aneasy, long ride i can get in the 40's. when we ride hard and mash on it alot i get in the high 20's and low 30's. the bike is basically all stock with 2500 miles.
2011 RGU has been getting better mileage with summer gas and warmer temps. I am getting 45-50 mpg when I keep it below 65mph. Most of my riding gets me 45-48 when I am on secondary roads. Its still stock at this point.
