In about an hour I'm heading to Laconia Bike Week until Sunday afternoon/mid-morning! Just wanted to say...hope to see some fellow forum members there! Any suggestions on food/shop/visitor designations let me know--stayin in the Red Roof Inn of Loudon, NH and can't wait to check in and head to the Beach! See you all soon--ride safe!

I took a ride up yesterday after work. The Beach was packed, pretty crowded for a Thursday afternoon. A much stronger police presence then usual also.
I saw a lot of bikes pulled over in town and around the surrounding area's.

 

Yep...they were definitely out and about...lots of peeps pulled over for all sorts of things.....a cop on every damn curve during some of the rides! Friday was crappy, but Saturday was nice....we were able to "escape" Weirs Beach when the wind REALLY picked up!

 

We were up there Saturday, then left for a ride around the lakes. Got caught in a nasty storm, but met some nice people that invited us to pull into their garage to get out of the deluge - before it started hailing.
