Anybody ever use these guys? I have been waiting 3 weeks now for some satisfaction on a warranty claim for a scratched up pipe that I received from them. Very disappointed in their customer service and follow up. They have sent me to Bub and they ain't much better with being able to get my pipe issue resolved.

 

i have used them.. and it took them 3 months+ to get a set of hard bags to me that i ordered for a roadstar i had.

there prices are good, but there customer service sucks

 

Just about to find out - they sent me the wrong item that I ordered to get over the $99 free shipping threshold. Prices are decent but there's not a whole lot they sell that I really want so it was tough finding the extra item in the first place. I guess I'll find out and let you all know. Who knows - maybe they read these posts and want a good review -

 

I ordered speakers from them for my Street Glide and had no issues at all. Hope they resolve everyone's issues.

Ordered a few items from them. cables and bars to wit...Have never had a problem. I only wished that they sent me some sort of a order placement and shipping confirmation. Once I placed my order I had no idea it was placed until the stuff showed up on my doorstep.
