I have never had to return anything, returns/exchanges are normally where a company can shine or fall flat on their face. That is the hazards of living in the internet society, in the past you would look at the part before you walked out the door of where ever you bought it from. Of course it was not being purchased at wholesale prices either.
I recently ordered progressive monotube springs and wild ones handlebars in separate orders from Phats. Each order only took a couple of days to arrive. So I am pretty happy with them. I have not had to test their customer service though.
