Default Excellent Customer Service

I just returned something to Dennis Kirk which they really could have made a hassle about. They didn't say a word and just sent out the exchange item without any problems. They matched the price and added another item that I emailed them about. I did not have to pay shipping either way and return label is sent with every order.
Yes, they just did as they advertise but I just wanted to commend them for sticking to their word.

They've done we'll every time I purchased something from them. Usually have very competitive prices on a lot of stuff I've found them carry in stock.

I always check Dennis Kirk for prices before purchasing, as they are usually the cheapest , and fast shipping and returns never a problem

Default Slipstreamer excellent customer service

I also had great customer service from the company Slipstreamer. I lost thumbscrew for windshield mount. They sent out 2 more immediately with no questions. They make a great windshield for a great price and they make the products in America!
Go figure.
I have had this shield for about 4 years with no problems- it is a spitfire

It's good to know they are a stand up company. I'm going to be sure and check them out next time I need to order something. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Yep, It is too easy to bitch about stuff. Too many companies have poor customer service. We should appreciate the good ones.

Agree with the excellent customer service part completely.

However, when you return something you DO pay for it. When they receive the return item, your account is charged a fee of $7.99
