Lousy Customer Service
Milwaukeeleatheroutlet.com - The customer service and shipping from this company is awful. Ordered helmet a week ago and paid extra for 3 day ups delivery and have yet to get a shipping confirmation. They also have not responded to email questions, however, they were quick to respond to order confirmation. If you expect prompt delivery, do not deal with these people.

you can say that again.
ABSOLUTELY do NOT do business with milwaukee leather - I did, and thankfully Discover Card sided with me and reversed every penny.
one thing i learned for sure is if I find a real good deal on the net, to first check them on the BBB.com if I can find them, and also to MAKE SURE they have a phone number on their site and verify that they actually answer the dang thing during business hours.
seems obvious enough, but when your price shopping a specific item, it ain't hard to overlook the obvious.

yeah, also check on the shipping. some places will charge extra for the 3 day shipping via ups, but that does not mean that you will get it in 3 days. they still take a week to get it to ups, you just end up getting it a day or 2 earlier than you would have through regular shipping.
