Hello, I have a gas leak on my o3 ultra, I thought it was the quick connect so I replaced that tonight. Got it all put back together and still leaking, so I guess I need to change the fuel line. Can anyone tell me if this a huge job?, I am looking in my manual but cant find on how it connects to the injector area. Thanks Al
The fuel line was updated. Just changed it on my buddy's 03 ultra. cost about 48.00 but is a much better piece then the original. the tank end was easy the throttle body end is tricky. I ended up taking off the tube that the fuel went connected to. The injector end is similar to the ford ac hose connections . Not a big job.

Thanks for the info, was the 1 you replaced leaking by the tank ?. Looks like I changed the quick disconect for nothing but at least I know its good for some time now..
Did you have to pull the tank to get it replaced ?

I just had the tank off to install J&M CB and HD air horn. Re-installed tank, and now have fuel leak at the hose or connection that goes to injection system. I know I need to replace the line and have found the part I will need on this forum.
My question: do I need to drain tank again to replace this line?

Thanks in advance for help and advice.
If you are just replacing the line from the tank to the FI module ,no.
Connect the line to the FI first, then to the tank.
Anytime working with possible gas spills,do it away from water heaters,etc-.
