Just curious as to why you would want to deal with border crossings?
On another note I did the New England 1000 IB ride last year thru all 6 N E states. A guy in Augusta ME did all the paperwork for that trip. We started and finished from his home. He verified the start and ending mileage and times so we didn't have to keep any receipts or log book. All we had to do was ride. It was sweet and the ride was a blast. Enjoy your ride.
My brother & I just did one about a month ago. All I took were the clothes on my back (jeans & a t-shirt) a cell phone, a pen and some sunscreen.
Only thing we forgot was extra fuel. My brother (visiting from OH) was riding a Road Star 1700 I borrowed from one of my employees and that thing was a pig, almost ran out of gas twice in BFE West Texas.
Looks like an awesome ride you've got planned......enjoy.
