Options to clean up tail lights ???

Default Options to clean up tail lights ???
I'm looking to clean up the tail lights on my 09 flhx. Looking at pictures of the Cycle Visions Eliminator it looks like it sticks out too far...or doesn't fit snug against the fender. The Yaffe Stealth 3 looks a bit "clunky"/"boxy" to me. What other options are there without getting too carried away. Just added plasma rods and I'm kind of stuck with the stock bags and fender as i've got a custom paint job on it. Anyone have some good pics of these two products that show different opinions...or pics of other options.

Thanks for all the great ideas I've picked up on here! Best place to kill an hour or two of work!!

I would sugest either one, I never heard of any others . The cyclevision still has lights. I would go that route only because ive been rearended.
