Thanks. I saw your pic, those are the standard hinges that came on the TP. Did you do the upgraded hinges? I bought the upgraded premium hinges and want to know if there are any problems with powder coating them without fully disassembling them. Do they still move freely is what I am trying to ask I think
I had my premium hinges pc'd (without disassembling them). They turned out fine. Also did the latches and catches. I don't have a great close up pic, the the attached might give you some idea.

What size nut/bolt combo did you use to remount the latches after you drilled them out?
