I also just ordered a pair of Top Shop 4" extended bags to fill some of the space where the mufflers were.

Whatever you do, don't run baffle-less. Go with the BCT monsters. had them on the 09 train, they were awesome

They wont interfere;they dont go past the bag crash bar.

Just be aware, you have to move the passenger peg/floorboard up.V&H only gives you a bracket for the right side with the exhaust kit.You have to purchase another bracket for the left side for them to be even.

Another FYI,I got a good deal on the pipes from M&M Cycle. He didnt rip me off on shipping, and I got the pipes within a week.

I would wear an earplug in my right ear on long trips. they are LOUD...the pavement bounces the sound back up at you. they sound great, but be prepared for loudness.

without an earplug, my ears would ring for a while after i rode. moreso on my right ear where the exhaust was

I have a buddy that has them on a '10 Road Glide, don't ride behind him, it blows stuff everywhere! Sounds good though.

I had the dealer put them on before I picked up my 2011 SG 103 last week. I had the same pipes on my '10 WideGlide that I traded, and I have to say they definatey are louder than the WG was, I am guessing because of the bigger motor. Not loud enough to bother me, and on a long ride at speed they are not all that bad at all to me.

Well worth the look and sound. They are not the best power pipes out there, but they definately make more power than the stock setup! Gets alot of attention riding around with them, too!
