Why did I wait so long to buy this bike?
This is my first Harley, and my first touring bike, and I am in LOVE!!

 

I don't know how long you have waited, but by your excitement it must have been worth it. Hope you have a long love affair with it.

Ride it safely and don't get cocky (they will throw you, ya know).

 

Had the same feeling when I got my (1996) Road King... YamaHonda's before that. "Understood" before I even got it home.

 

i can relate. Not my first Harley, 3rd actually. But the last 10 years I spent time on just about everything else. Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, BMW, Triumph, and Ducati. After a year or so on each, something else was calling. This one is a keeper. I have no nagging urge to sell or trade up for something else. For me that's big. I love this bike. Mind you I'll probably have invested a few bikes worth of cash into it before I'm done

Even though Harley's are extremely popular I still think that they are the most underrated motorcycle on the market.

 

Like me, you probably spent you whole life taking care of you family and everything else that go's with that.

Then all of a sudden you realized that you spent all this time getting everyone else what they wanted and then, FTW !!!!!! Wheres Mine.
